Welcome to High Craft. We’re a family-owned custom home construction, remodeling, roofing, and siding company in Solon, Iowa.
Founded by Jerad and Mollie Kilburg in 2009, High Craft has distinguished itself as a leader in the greater Iowa City, Solon, North Liberty, Tiffin, and Cedar Rapids area. Whether we’re designing and building a custom home, remodeling a bathroom or kitchen to make it more modern and functional, building a shop or outbuilding for your family, or upgrading your roofing or siding, High Craft is here to guide you.
An Iowa native, Jerad graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in economics. This is where his passion for bringing value to his customers began. Jerad remodeled the first home he bought with his wife Mollie, and the rest is history.
Jerad lives for a physical day on a jobsite and loves adding his artistic touch to reclaimed wood. When he’s not meeting with clients, creating custom designs, or helping clients buy and sell real estate, he enjoys coaching youth sports.
A University of Northern Iowa graduate and Iowa native, Mollie was a project manager for a software company and worked at the Veterans Administration before joining the family business. She’s incredibly organized and enjoys working one-on-one with clients to provide lasting solutions. Mollie and Jerad believe in creating long-term relationships with their clients—before, during, and after your project is complete.
When she’s not hard at work, you’ll find her volunteering at her kids’ school or attending and staffing events for her four children.
